Martin has 20 years of executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience developing brands and teams in the hospitality industry and founded the award winning Pure Craft Bars Ltd. He is a passionate Educator, Trainer and Leadership coach and works as a Senior University Lecturer and also with a number of Leadership Companies delivering training and coaching solutions and helping teams and individuals in a wide range of industries. He is a Non Exec Director sitting on two company boards, is accredited in Personal and Executive Coaching as well as Accelerated Learning Techniques, has a BSc(Hons) in Management and is studying for both a Post Grad in Academic Practice and a Ph.D.

Martin has a passion for outdoor life and in particular mountains. He is an experienced and qualified mountain leader confident with groups and loves combining these skills with his skills and knowledge as a leadership coach, educator and trainer to best support individuals and to create great learning opportunities. Martin enjoys his own challenges and is a regular mountain marathoner, long distance triathlete and runner. To maintain balance however he is a keen craft beer fan and beer sommelier. Martin is an engaging and passionate professional who develops and delivers result led solutions.
