Working as a Senior Lecturer in tandem with his career in the private sector keeps Martin updated with the latest academic research which enables Martins own development and research. Currently working with Leeds Beckett University Martin is currently specialising in Hospitality, Leadership, Strategy and Operational Finance.

Available both independently and through the University for Research projects, articles and journal writing, speaking, guest lectures and consultancy.
