Martin works with teams from many different industries and develops and delivers bespoke programmes to enable teams to increase their effectiveness. A keen fan of the Drexxler-Sibbett model, Martin believes team development is an ongoing process and is only truly effective if the outputs are implemented back in the team environment. Martin uses his love of the outdoors, food and beer along with his qualifications as a Mountain Leader and as Beer Sommelier to support engaging and fun but powerful and memorable team development activities and works with several key partners to deliver excellent sessions.
